Advanced planning status revert to not relevant for planning

Hello Experts,

We are trying to implement Advanced planning. After activation and basis setup, we tried to activate advanced planning checkbox in material master. On saving the status revert to not relevant for planning

Checked note 3105190, but we are above support package.

Any advice would be appreciated
