Advanced G/L Account Determination Rules - Determination Criteria -Inventory- Sap Business One -UDF

We are trying to use UDF as a criterion for our determinations, however the options are blocked, how can I unblock them?

Hi,

Check SAP Note 3040377 under Database Issues and Program Errors --> Reason 1 - Disabled UDF Dropdowns in Determination Criteria. There are queries mentioned under the Reason 1 - Disabled UDF Dropdowns in Determination Criteria.

If yes, then contact SAP Support via incident through the SAP Business One launchpad. You need Partner S-User ID and Password to create the incident.
