Addon Failed on client

Hi experts,

I have created mailing addon which have crystalreport 10.5 assemblies.

Addon is installed on 3 client server with GO-GLOBAL out of which 2 servers are working absolutely fine but for one server addon only start if SAP run as administrator.

If SAP run normally then addon connects and then stops saying Windows Apllication has stopped working CLR20r3.

I have tried to reinstall crystal decision runtime , SAP run as administrator default but next error shows "UI server not available..." and then we cannot start addon.

Hello everyone,

Issue has been solved.

There were problem with user privileges. I have created new users and it work fine on that. Only thing I do is recreated the user.
