Dear Experts,
Currently we are having enhancement to billing form to add additional data that is derived from the billing header text - Customer Address Info . User expected to have a form with header section on all pages, but as checked with technical team, there's some limitation in form design tools.
These are two scenarios that we have explained to end user
Scenario 1 (please refer to the attachment)
FIXED header line items : can show header on each page, but needs to define max line counts.
Lets say if we define max 6 line items :
RESULTS : not acceptable by end user because theres gap/spaces/line break for < 6 lines
Scenario 2 (please refer to the attachment)
Dynamic header line items : if second page has no material item, the header section can not be shown on the form.
With this method, spaces/line break can be adjusted automatically regardless of how many additional line counts, but the consequence is if there's no line item in second page, the header can not be shown.
RESULTS : not acceptable by end user because theres no header section in second page
Need your advise on how to have all headers on each page without having to define maximum number of lines for additional text. Thank you
