Adding reports to ESS tab

I have a requirement to add reports to ESS tab. I have 3 reports for Employees to show similarly we have

MSS launchpad. I would really appreciate if somebody could guide me how I go about it.

Several ways to do this. For instance, make them all "services" in the Homepage Framework. Then have them linked to iViews that launch say the report as a transaction or maybe make it cleaner and do a BSP or something. It really is all up to you. As for being just like the MSS launchpad, well, you could build one for employess too if you want, but that is some config for a "different" MSS launchpad. That's a possibility too.

Hi Chris,

I want to know the configuration if I go about doing it Launchpad route. I need to know for each report what kind of iView I need to create using which standard application and what parameters needs to be passed in the iView. Do I have to create a new launchpad for ESS if so then what role I will be using and then how I will adding report iView.
