adding PO/PR item text in KSB1 report

is there way modify KSB1 report and add PR or PO item text ?

Hi Juan

1. Modify the Sort Key of the GL in fs00 to populate the PO Number, etc in Assignment field or update it in xref fields

2. Once it is populated in line item, you can pull it in ksb1 report using exit COOMEP01. You need to add these fields in structure CI_RKPOS and then the exit can pull it

I am trying to create a new column for either PO item text or PR item text in KSB1 transaction.

can we be more clear on number 1?

Hi Juan

First we must populate the PO Text etc in some Field in the FI document. Because I think you cant add PO Text as a Column in KSB1.. So, we need to populate the info first in some Text field in FI Doc like SGTXT, ZUONR, XREF1, etc

Then plug in these fields in KSB1 report

The po number and PO is already part of the ksb1.

therefore all I had to do is modify CI table and use exit COOMEP01 in a cmod project.
