Adding line items through Contract Amendment against PR with account assignment

Hi Team,

We works in integrated systems between SAP Ariba Contracts and S4H ERP.

We want to add line items through Contract Amendment against PR with account assignment.

We configure/follows below process,

1. PR creation in S4H ERP ( With all details including Account Assignment ,Cost Centre etc.

2.RFQ creation in S4H ERP

4. Replication of RFQ (in S4H) to sourcing request (in Ariba)

5. Addition of line item while Contract amendment in existing ariba contract, While addling line item provides PR No.PR line No, RFQ No and RFQ Line No.

6.pubhlish and send contract to S4H.

7. While amending/ adding line item in S4H Contract, system takes all data of that PR number including account assignment and cost center etc.

8.Expectation - systems should Add line item with same account assignment or different account assignment in S4H Contract (outline (value) agreement) and The PR Should be closed.

9.But system throws below errors,

a. please enter material number or account assignment category

b. Item category D can only be used with account assignment category.

Please help us to resolve above errors
