adding fields to the condition table in pricing- please

Hi Gurus

1)How can I add fields to the field catalog in condition table

Ex: if I copied table and created 901 from 4 and customer heirarchy 6 -field not in the copied table.

2)How to alter the list of fields in the selected fields.

Ex:sales org, distrubution cahnnel, customer heirarchy2 fields are the order in selected field list, now I would like to add customer heirarchy1 above customer heirarchy2 , how can I do that-?

When you create a condition table with reference to another c.table, in V/03 screen, you can see the fields which are already selected and on the right side, you see the fields which can be added.

In the menu, you have the option to insert rows or delete lines. Edit-----Insert row or Delete lines can be used to create new rows or to delete the existing fields.

Then put your cursor in the empty row where you want new field to be added.

Now search teh field on your right hand side and just right click. You can see the field added to the table on the left hand side.

Once all the fields are added, you can check the technical data by clicking the Technical view button. There you can also configure whether some field has to appear at the header level or at the item level. Once this is done , come back and now GENERATE the condition table. Just saving the condition table wont help you. You have to generate the table in the menu Condition----Generate.

As this is an workbench request, you have to do it in the client independent system.

Thanks for your reply really help ful to me , still I don't know once i deleted feilds from the selected fields it will appear in the field catalog?

EX : if I delete sales org field from selected fields can I add again to field catalog again with out any problem where ever ai want?

Even if u delete the fields from the selected fields, still it will appear in field catalogue.

Hi Kris,

You can delete and later add. However if you want the field to be there, but at a different position, you can move it little down or up by using the same functionality Edit---Insert row path.

Pls explore little bit on these menus. You will automatically come to know how to move the fields up or down. Else it is very difficult to explain by writing.

Hi Kris

When you click GENERATE button Pop up will appear where in you have enter Z001 otherwise u cannot create the request.

Only missing pint in mail given by my friend is above. hopw this will solve ur problem
