adding customized columns to transaction s_pl0_86000030

how to do that, is there any enhancements,

Hello Mohammed - just doing some quick research, this is a report painter form - I recommend looking at making changes there first before looking at ABAP - transaction code FGI5 to modify, FGI2. Usually ABAP developers aren't the ones to change report painter reports
