Adding a field to the view of mass change in FBL1N

Hi All,

I need to add a field "Terms of Payment Key" to the view of mass change (by menu environment/mass change) in the report FBL5N.

could anyone help me?

HI,

Go to FBL5N Execute the repoort then goto Settings then select the Special field

Click on New Entries.

Enter Field name BSEG & Table ZTERM  save

This Terms of Payment Field apper in Layout

select & add to the Report.

No need of Access

In what sense? By this action, you add the field to the view, but if you want to perform a mass change, it has to be added here:

Hi,

Try following instructions of note 640908 modifying FI_ITEMS/0100 screen via SE80. Just choose the required field, BSEG-ZTERM, I reckon. You will have to obtain access key to modify the object.
