Add selection fiel from RFKSLD00 (F.42) to layout

Hell Experts!

I already searched in the OSS portal as well as here, but I got no 100% answer, which fit into our requirement.

The user is executing the RFKSLD00 (Transaction F.42) report to display the vendor balances.

In the free selection of the report, it is possible to select also with field BUSAB (accounting clerk), but the field is not part of the output in the report and could not be added in the layout.

Is there any possibility to add the BUSAB to the Layout for the output?

If yes, how?

--> Explains how to add user-defined fields, but we just want to add a SAP standard-field which is already selected by the report.

Has anyone an Idea? We are still struggling with this issue and I'm wondering why a field which is part of the selection could not be selected as output field in the Layout.

I'm thankful for any suggestion.

Hi Benjamin,

I had the same problem. At that time, I used to have ETL software that allows me to perform my query. In SAP, after correctly configuring OB05 (Define Accounting Clerks), I was able to build a query using a left joint command for table T001S and mapping the output to an Oracle database. I never tried to reconstruct this logic in Abap because it worked in Oracle DB.

thanks for your answer.

Unfortuantely it doesn't help in this case. The users have no possibility to create queries and mapping the output to an Oracle database.

They only have authorization to F.42 / RFKSLD00 and we are wondering if the report already select the BUSAB (as it is available as selection field in the free selection) but the values from BUSAB are not shown in the output of the report and are not available in the laoyut. It makes no sense to provide it as selection field but is ot part of the output. We hope there is any simple solution for this.
