Add new categories to billing request accrual

Hi;

After releasing a billing proposal we can edit the billing request.On page 3 (Accrual Screen) we can enter additional accrual categories. The pre-delivered content offers two categories

Cloud Revenue

One Time Credit

How can we add additional categories? I have tried just copying the materials for Cloud Revenue and One Time Credit but there seems to be something else missing.

Hi Thomas,

I checked the SSCUI's and there is nothing. Have you tried asking for an expert configuration request?

Hi Joanne;

They are playing hardball saying it is not an error log it via Community or Influence Portal. Doesn't make sense.
