Add defaulted 2nd line item to invoice creation during run time

Hi All,

I got a requirement to add defaulted line item for all invoice during creation, this requirement is something like if there is invoice for purchasing of TV, during invoice creation INSTALLATION service should be added as a 2nd line item by default during invoice creation before save.

This requirement has to be done in ECC, kindly suggest the solutions
