Add additional recipients to the email notification when a Purchase Requisition is approved

In S4/HANA Public cloud, the email is sent by default to the requestor only. How can we add additional recipients for the email notification when the PR is approved? I can't seem to find any available BAdi for this requirement. 

Edit: The Notification tab no longer exists in the current version of the Manage Workflow app. It seems like this is where we can modify the recipients of the email notifications. Do we have a separate app now where we can modify this? Or is this function really gone now?
