Actual Costs Not Reflected in Fiori (SAP CPM)

We have created a Commercial Project Management (CPM) project in SAP Fiori, including the bid structure, financial planning, mapping, and data transfer.

Afterward, we used transaction KB21N in SAP GUI to post actual costs (internal activity allocation) and verified that the actuals are correctly posted and visible in the CJI3 report.

However, these actuals are not being reflected in the CPM project view in Fiori, leading to a mismatch between the backend (SAP GUI) and the Fiori UI.

Dig into the CPM BADI that calculates the KPI.  There is some CPM configuration around the Cost Elements assigned to Key Figures that needs to be done on the Analytics side.

Thank you for your guidance, values are getting reflected now but we are not getting the desired ones. We would appreciate your guidance on the following: 1. Where is the EAC calculation logic configured in the system (e.g., planning function, BAdI, or backend table)? 2. What is the correct sequence to execute forecasting steps for accurate results? 3. Clarification on the functional difference between 'Forecast Based on Actual' and 'Forecast Based on EAC'.

Dig into the forecasting workbook queries to see how the forecast is calculated.
