Activity type in IW32

I have an issue.

I have created 3 Maintenance Activity types-101,102,103 and assigned them to PM01, PM02, PM03 Order types.

Now If I open an order of type PM01 and click on dropdown of Maint Activity type, it is not filtering them for FT01 order type. So it is showing each activity type 3 times.

Is there any settings for this?

If I open IW31 once and click on Maintenance Activity dropdown, It is filtering perfectly.

What might be the problem.

Please help me on this.

Please check whether the settings in your  OIO5  customizing are similar to this.

You should give the picture of the abnormal drop-down you are getting for better understanding.

I have done the same config.

FT01 is order type. If I click on PMActTypr dropdown, It is showing each activity type 3 times.

It is not filtering for the order type I have opened in IW32.

Please share FT01 - activity type configuration screen shot for reference. I think there could be some mismatch.

Hi Ramesh,

Have you assigned the activity types to all orders or 101 - PM01, 102 - PM02 and 103 - PM03

Check whether you have maintained any personal value list in the drop down.

Your question is not clear to me. What is FT01? Is it order type?

You mean to say see those activity types multiple times while assigning to an order type? OR in orders change mode IW32 you see multiple activity types in drop down?
