Activate PO Flexible workflow at document type level - suppressed field in SPRO

Hi community

My system version is SAP S/4HANA 1909, I am trying to activate flexible workflow for PO but the field is suppresed in S_ER9_52000654. I managed to activate the scenario but I wasn´t able to activate the flexible workflow at document level as you can see in the below screens

I tried to check the configuration, I noticed that the field is not set as invisible but yet I can´t see the scenario based workflow column in document type.

Someone had the same issue but I didnt get the answer (Activate Flexible workflow at document type level For Purchase Order | SAP Community).

Hello Almiro Sengo,

This happens randomly for me. The Scenario based Workflow column doesn't appear in the screen. Try using the view table V_T161 in SM30 and click on Maintain. This should work.

I was able to fix it in SM30 using the view table V_T161 since the field is there but suppresed.

thank you for responding so quickly.

I have followed the steps on the mentioned link, it is very halpful. Unfortunately, I couldnt find the solution for my issue.

By default, scenario based workflow column is not hidden. I don´t know what should I do to make it visible since Its is visible already in screen layout as shown below. I don´t know if is something related to lenght or not.

Please not that I have managed to activate the workflow but since I wasn´t able to find scenario based workflow column in S_ER9_52000654, the system can not trigger the flexible workflow release strategy in document level
