Activate Open Item Management for G/L Accounts not having option to add co code and G/L account

"Activate Open Item Management for G/L Accounts" not having option to add co code and G/L account in "Schedule Accounting Data Changes" app in test and prod environment. The G/L account has been updated to OIM account in Customizing. However, when I try to run it in Test environment, there is no option to add parameters for company code and G/L accounts.

Yes this is the correct design 

as referenced in the help documentation

First, you schedule the job in your development system. You can find the job template Activate Open Item Management for G/L Accounts in the Schedule Accounting Data Changes app. When the job runs in the development system, the indicator is set in the G/L account master data, and the related journal entry line items are adjusted. This G/L account is also marked for conversion in your test and your production system.

You then need to update your G/L account master data and journal entry line items in your test system. To do this, run the job in your test system. Afterwards, run the job in your production system.

This three-step approach ensures that the changes to the journal entry line items in your test and your production system are initiated only by users with the authorizations to do so.
