ACDOCA missing characteristics data

Hello gurus,

My client is working with S4/Hana.

I'm having a missing data problem in profitability segment when the accounting document is generated from a billing document. Some characteristics values are not updated in ACDOCA table but they are in tables as CE*. In the Profitab. Analysis document they are filled as well.

I'm adding pictures to better understanding.

Can you please help me to understand what happened and what can solve it?

Did you find solution for this issue? I am facing same issue for custom COPA characteristics.
