Hello Community!

When working with multi-branches functionality,

  • from Chart of Accounts (CoA) > Account 100.0001.12 balance for all branches is: 3,500 EUR
  • User M is assigned to Branch [K],
  • Account 100.0001.12 balance for branch [B] is 1,500 EUR
  • User [M] still able to see the account balance for all branches from the CoA as 3,500 EUR without the ability to review the transactions of other branches because of the numbering series.

How to elemnate the ability to represent the full account balance for all branches users?

BR,

Kenan

Hi,

The Chart of Account displays the balance of an account as on current date and it cannot be filtered by branches or any specific date. For specific date also you need to check the account details window and look for balance due column after selecting the desired date.

Similar working is for branches. Even if User is assigned to a branch and entries display for branch, the balance in the CoA window will display the complete value.

You can check by giving No Authorization to see Balances of Account if you want user to be concerned about his branch entries in account balance.

kenan.jaddeny,

This is current system limitation.
You can create UDFs as per no. of branches and use FMS to get the account balance by respective branch.

Thanks.
