Accounting Indicator cannot be selected in S4HANA Service Order

Dear Sir and Madam,

I am having the problem of not being able to select Accounting Indicator in S4HANA Service Order as follows:

. After inputting Product ID, Quantity and Item Category, I selected one of Accounting Indicators from the drop-down list, but system automatically replaced it with a blank value.

Please advise how to fix the above error.
