I'm using the WebDynpro app "Bank Account Import and Export" to sync Bank Accounts between SAP environments. We are accessing the WebDynpro through Fiori tiles. It seems the import is not changing the field Account Status. Therefore, if I have an account in status 15 (Closed) in my source system, the status doesn't update after importing the Bank Account XML into my target system. The status in the target system for that account is still 02 (Active).
Is Account Status not supported by the XML import/export WebDynpro app? If not, is there another way to change the account statuses without doing it manually one-by-one?
