Account balance filter is not saved

Hello,

Recently we upgraded to SAP Business One 10.00.251 and users started to complain that SAP doesn't save a date filter in an 'Account Balance' form: 

Prevoiusly this filter remains with the last used values, and now after SAP reopening it resets to some initial values.

Could you please help on that? Thanks!

Hi,

Can you check by entering a required Account Balance filter and then click on 'OK' instead of back arrow or Cancel button when trying to close or move out of the Account Balance window?

Re-login to the database and open the Account Balance window again and check if the filter is changed or remain as last run.

Hi Jitin, thank you for your reply! I tried and when I click 'OK' it saves the values until the next relogin to the database. So in the current session all values are saved, but after relogin it returns to some original values. Thanks!
