accelerated customer return process

Hi,

we are using the scope item BKP and creating a customer return with inspection. During inspection we decide to book the returned material into free stock. In the custer return overview we see the logistic follow up process marked as not done. How do we have to book the material movement, so that we have set the status in the customer return oder correctly? In this APP there I have not found the possibility to finish the material movement in relation to this customer return. Is there a special APP with which we have to move the stock from return to free stock and set the status to green?

Hi I.Kellat,

could you check your Inspection Status in the App "Enter Inspection Results" for the Return Delivery. In case it is 4 than you need to click "Confirm and Save" in change mode. This switches the status to 5 and the Result recording is completed.

Yes, this is working. Thanks a lot. Such a small issue and I was searching a lot......The status is now ok.
