HELLO EXPERTS,

WE WANT TO MAINTAIN A NEW LEAVE WHICH WILL BE VALUATED BY 50% OF

(BASIC PAY + DEARNESS PAY + SPECIAL PAY + STAGNATION PAY + DEARNESS

ALLOWANCE + INTERIM RELIEF, IF ANY).

I CREATE A NEW PAID LEAVE SUBTYPE MADE ALL CHANGES THEN VALUATED THE

LEAVE BY 50 % INSTEAD OF 100%.

BUT, SYSTEM IS CALCULATING THE ABSENCE AS FULL PAYMENT OF THE ABOVE

COMPOMENTS.

CAN YOU THROW SOME LIGHT ON IT..

Warm Regards

Indraneel

Check processing class 10 should be valued 1 or 2 or 3 as per settings in table v_512W_D for the all said wage types.

Hi Indraneel,

New leave to be valuated (pls explain - r u trying to say paid leave taken for a day should be of 50% calculation in payroll...??)

I guess the one i ve explained below would be much standard.

Why cant you try mapping the same scenario like when an employees applies for a particular leave type (New leave) 50% of his pay gets cut. why can't you configure the same as unpaid Leave and try calculating??

Hope this helps.

regards,

Santhosh

Hi

I have tried both the combinations. But still when i run payroll full basic pay and other components are being calculated.

Form count.classes

CC for absencesCntg class text Paid Percentage Day rule Text for day ru e

12 Paid Absences 50,00

11 Unpaid absences 50,00

Form count.classes (ticked and unticked)

CC for absencesCntg class text Paid Percentage Day rule Text for day ru e

17 Half Paid Absences 50,00

Please help

Hi,

In V_T554c table give the 50 percentage in percentage field, donot select paid field, and create one more counting class select the paid field, give the 50 percentage field.

Good luck
