Absence Quota balance deducted & Salary also got deducted

Hello Experts !!

I have applied 1 Sick Leave for one employee, sick leave balance quota deducted but while running the payroll salary of 1 day also getting deducted.

my concern is that if absence quota got deducted then salary should not be deduct.

also Paid days & absent days is not showing in salary slip.

Please help me regarding this.

If an Absence is linked to a Quota, it is normal for it to "deduct" the appropriate Quota.

An Absence can be Paid or Unpaid, depending on your configuration, even if that Absence is linked to a Quota.

Hello Vikas,

One day salary have been deducted in payroll that means loss of pay or some other time wage type have been generated in time evaluation.

Check the ZL table in time evaluation results. There should be some time wage type generated for the sick day.

Find out the wage type number and check in which pcr that wage type is getting generated, accordingly you can take the decision to modify the pcr.
