ABS_ATT_TYPE_NOT_FOUND runtimr error in CAT2 time entry

• We are creating a new company code 20 for a unit in UAE region and subsequent CATS configuration is in progress.
• This configuration V_T500P does not allow entry of hours in CAT2 screen and gives runtime error.
• The run time error vanishes when the HCM Localization parameter is changed from AE to 10. Ideally it should be AE
• In debug mode we noticed that Molga = AE does not get copied over to MOABW which is a numeric field.
