About setting parameters for SAP Fiori

Hi experts, 

We are considering adding a value to "/UI2/FLP_SYS_CONF" to set the same parameters for all clients.

(1). Cross-client settings seem to be product-specific settings provided by SAP, but is it not recommended to edit "/UI2/FLP_SYS_CONF" on the user side?

(2). It seems that the "/UI2/FLP_SYS_CONF" settings are read-only, but if I want to restore or delete the settings, how can I make them reflect on all clients?

If you have SAP public materials, please share them as well.
