Hello,
On your first screenshot you are pointing to an icon which shows the state of the so called "main original", so it basically shows the propagated information of a certain original of the DIR, identified by a WorkstationApplication defined in DType.
The "ANY"-DType - and probably "ZIP" on your second screenshot too, i'm not sure - doesn't have any "main original", this DType can have many originals and none of them is "main", so such an icon like you are pointing on your first screenshot can't be shown for DType which is defined without main original
BTW, the status of the DIR (IW, ER, SW and so on) is usually "coded" into color of the main icon, not into "pencil"-Icon - that is why the first icon of your ZIP document is yellow.
With Kind Regards,
Waldemar Tribus
