AbapMessageNumber 023 of CSAP_ORD_BOM_CREATE

• When I run the BAPI function CSAP_ORD_BOM_CREATE,  there is a exception with AbapMessageClass = "29" and AbapMessageNumber = "023" (Message short text: You are not authorized to create this BOM).
• When I run the BAPI function CSAP_ORD_BOM_DELETE,  there is a exception with AbapMessageClass = "29" and AbapMessageNumber = "024" (Message short text: You are not authorized to change this BOM).
• When I run the BAPI function CSAP_ORD_BOM_ITEM_SELECT,  there is a exception message:        {"Function module \"CSAP_ORD_BOM_ITEM_SELECT\" cannot be used for 'remote' calls."}
