ABAP to BTP transaction

Hello Experts.

Perhaps what I am going to ask may be something strange, but I have to answer a question for a meeting with a client.

I was wondering what advantages are there in bringing an ABAP Z Tranzaccion to SAP BTP? being that they handle a SAP ECC (I don't know for sure what version of ECC they have).

They ask me that SAP BTP is the future (because at some point, some other consultant or consulting firm sold them the idea) and that they want to migrate a setting that will be made in an ABAP Z Transaction and that they would like to have it in BTP.

I know it sounds crazy or maybe I didn't know how to explain the problem they have, but the idea they want is that there is a way to make this possible and if, in addition, it is recommended or it is better to leave Transaction Z in SAP ECC .

"some latency issue that indicates that it may be counterproductive to switch to BTP, or if there is any SAP restriction or observation due to SAP version issues, for example SAP says, I recommend that you do this only in versions of S4H because in ECC it could generate performance problems, I don't know something like that". this was what they asked me to clarify to the client

I had an idea of being able to pass it to Fiori, in a launchpad and a Generic Tile to open the Transaction from there, but I don't know if that's the best thing or if outright, the BTP ABAP Cloud should be used and with this, the possibility and advantage of taking Transaction Z to the latter.

Maybe I'm pretty lost on the subject, or maybe the solution I thought is correct but I'm not 100% sure of it.

what do you recommend me to do? o What do you recommend I look for to be better informed and have a better option?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Greetings.
