AB08 Only Trying to Reverse for Depreciation Areas of IFRS

Hi All

Has anyone ever experienced the Assertion dump when trying to reverse asset transfer posting using the AB08 transaction code?

Background.

I am trying to reverse a document posted in the last fiscal year and I have also opened this fiscal year once again. But I am getting a short dump related to assertion.

When I debugged the system, i realized that the assertion failed because the system was trying to reverse the posting in the depreciation areas only related to the IFRS ledger even though we have the posting in the GAAP ledger

Please if you have any input regarding this I will really appreciate.
