AATP BOP FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SCENARIO

Hello Gurus,

I was searching for BOP first come first serve scenario in AATP. In SAP help portal I got this scenario but here I have some doubts. Can we run the BOP based on sorting order based on creation date and time by giving selection sort condition? Below is SAP help portal example for BOP first come first serve. In below example it is not clear this sorting based on creation date or requested delivery date? And when stock is same before and after BOP then why for 1st order not confirmed with full confirmation as when in system we create order, it confirm first in first out itself. 

As per my understanding we can sort the orders based on RDD date not creation date as whenever we create order it automatically confirm based on first come first rule
