A support expiration date cannot be retrieved due to invalid credentials

I'm getting below error when opening About SAP Business One tab, below screenshot of the error.

Please let me how this can be resolved.

Hi Kunal Yadav,

This issue will occur when you import an incorrect License Key. Please make sure that the License Key has the correct Installation Number and other system related information.
