A/R Credit Memo Approval Error

Hello Experts,

Good Day!

I want to ask why this error appear on the request for Document Approval. ? But when i check the draft report the document was still there. What are we going to do to continue the process of A/R Credit?

Can you approve this document first?

After you approve it, then you can add it.

Dear Edmund,

That is my concern, i cannot add the draft document a message box said "The authorization request for this document was canceled. The document cannot be added unless the authorization request is restored." .and when i go to the message for document approval the error is "No matching records found  'Docs. for Confirmation' (OWDD) (ODBC -2028)  [Message 131-183]" . What should i do to add the A/R Credit Memo?

Can you show the approval setting screen?

Can you backup it and restore on testing environment for your checking?

I try to search the message, but it no result.

This is the approval setting for our AR/Credit.

Hope it could help.

Ill try to back up & restore it on the test database.

I don't have your stage. but I try to do the same steps like you. But I can process the approval workflow.
