A project for internship

Hello everyone. I am a newbie in SAP, this summer i started an internship on SAP MM module. I want to improve myself in being a data analyst. For this summer internship, my department wanted me to do an appliable project on my work field which is mm module for now. I want to learn more about it, I am finally able to enter a SAP client and I want to find some areas to improve. Is there any area that needs some improvement in MM module such as RFQ screen? If you have one and can explain to me I will be glad so much. If I made a typo or a grammatic error, please forgive me.
