a MRP Run Result Question

I have a question, why MRP run generated the planned orders which did not cover the date of the requirement? why the first planned order was 5/27/2025, and not earlier to cover the requirement? and there were a long period of negative balance stock?  Anyone has idea? 

MRP type: PD, lot size setting with EX and with min and max 24pc, in-house production time is 5 days

Hello

If your rescheduling horizon is too long and if you have firm receipts far in the future, MRP will always try to first reschedule the firm receipt and only after that it will create new replenishment elements. Your screenshot does not show the entire horizon, so you should scroll down and check if you have any firm receipt with a rescheduling date in MD04.

Your answer is correct. I had figured out that as you mentioned. there was a long list for that.
