Our team is looking into quality management features in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, particularly around 8D reporting. We have a few specific questions and would appreciate any guidance:

1. Availability: Is there a standard 8D reporting tool and print form natively available within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, or would custom development or third-party integration be necessary for this functionality?

2. Integration with SAP BTP: If native 8D reporting is not available, is it feasible to integrate an 8D report and print form using SAP BTP? We’d appreciate recommendations on the most effective way to leverage SAP BTP for this enhancement in quality management.

3. Licensing Considerations: Would utilizing SAP BTP for enabling or extending 8D reporting and print form capabilities involve additional licensing costs? Insights into the licensing model for such integrations would be extremely helpful.

In S/4HANA CLoud we have the Output Type for Notifications documented at the resource

Output Management for Quality Notifications

Unfortunately 8D Reporting is not available but you could use one of the 3 outputs mentioned for your requirement
