3PL warehouse Integration with SAP

I am using Basic Type: SHP_OBDLV_SPLIT_DECENTRAL02 AND MESSAGE TYPE :SHP_OBDLV_SPLIT_DECENTRAL from 3PL warehouse to split the delivery in SAP S4 HANA. But the idoc is failing with Status 51 error  .

Error Detail: 

Error in document 0080000698 item 000010 (quantity consistency check).

Please help here what else need to be updated in the idoc segment.
