3011 - No permission to cancel, Journal Entry

Hi Experts

We cannot cancel incoming payment even though user have Limited Financed assigned. And user is Super User in User Level.

Why user cannot cancel incoming payment and system show error message like 

(3011)- You have no permission to cancel, Journal Entry.

Hi,

This looks like you have added some logic additional code in the Stored Procedure which does not let cancellation of the entry in the database.

Please check by commenting or removing the additional code in SP_TransactionNotification.
