1099-MISC Box 17 Payer's State No. (Number)

I have a client that wishes to populate box 17 on the 1099. It appears their state, Wisconsin, is making this a requirement or a possible $10 fine per instance. This is a 15 digit number provided by the state.

How do we configure SAP to show this number when creating 1099s using TCode S_P00_07000134

Per SAP:

According to the developers these boxes 16-18 will not be supported by sap also for this year as this is not mandatory per pub. 1220. In case you need these box create your own forms and assign values to these boxes in a custom code.
