I configured all steps related to Customers, BP and Dunning.
But while run the process through TC: F150, the following screen is appearing.
Also, in SP01, showing this spool is waiting for external formatter.
Please help me out.

Hello: Notice in your Dunning Run, system returns that 0 Dunning notices have been generated, I believe you should recheck your Dunning procedure configuration to ensure that the criteria proposed in your Dunning run has been met.
