過帳規則無法自動產生

HI All

我目前在建立YBM1類型的生產訂單時出現過帳規則無法自動產生的錯誤訊息，錯誤代碼是CO630，

結算：無法自動建立分配規則
訊息號碼 CO630

Diagnosis
The distribution rule could not be created automatically. When a production order is created, the system tries to create a distribution rule automatically. If this is not possible there may be several explanations, for example:

the settlement profile for your order type does not permit the recipient for whom a distribution rule is to be created automatically
several recipients are entered as compulsory recipients for the settlement profile
the material that is produced is not valuated. Therefore the system cannot generate a distribution rule with the recipient material.
For an operation-related posting the automatic creation of the distribution rule is a prerequisite since the manual creation of the distribution rule is not supported.

Procedure
Check which of the above reasons is true and change your settlement profile if necessary. If an order is to be created for a material without valuation then the distribution rule must be maintained manually.

我使用的是標準的工單類型YBM1，理論上應該是能夠自動產生過帳規則，想問一下是甚麼原因導致的?

另外想問一下這個過帳規則該怎麼指派給生產訂單?在IMG"定義生產訂單類型"裡面沒有看到相對應的欄位，

Please refer to the 4th question of SAP Note 1929029 - FAQ: Settlement rules in production order. As it says: "Check the material type of the header material. The system can only create a settlement rule automatically if the material is managed with values (see Customizing transaction OMS2)." On the Activity SSCUI 103539 - Define Attributes of Material Type, make sure that your material type is valuated. You can do that choosing the option "In all valuation areas" or choosing the option "By valuation area" and setting the value update on the subscreen.

您提到的設定及Note應該是針對S/4 OP 及 PCE的設定 Public Cloud沒有看到您說的設定
