Hello,

investement projects use 2 different kind of settlement rules:

1. settlement rules for the settlement to the asset under construction
this rule is created automatically for each WBS element after the WBS element is releases, the rule is used for preliminary settlement during the asset construction phase

2. final settlement rules to the fixed asset
these rules need to be maintained manually for each WBS element, to simplify the rule maintenance "pass-down settlement rules" can be used
