创建一个期初导入的Cash journal business transaction,导入完之后就block住。
创建一个期初导入的科目 作为, Business trans.type C, receipt from bank account

cash journal 过账由库存现金转移到cash journal

期初导入银行存款时候，把这部分库存现金的金额考虑进去。
