With the latest release for SAP Central Business Configuration, exciting new features are available. This blog post will provide you with a comprehensive overview of these features.

Support of the Retail Industry

We’re thrilled to announce that SAP Central Business Configuration now supports the retail industry. In the Define Scope app, you can include retail-specific scope. Then, in the Set Up Organizational Structure app, you can create retail-specific organizational units. Finally, during the Product-Specific Configuration phase, you can adapt the retail-specific configuration settings. This allows you to leverage retail-specific business processes and tailor them to your requirements.

Enhanced Clarity for Deployment and Activation

Next up, we have an update in the Deployment Target app. Here, we've separated the Deployment Status column into two separate columns for better clarity: Deployment Status and Activation Status. This change allows you to easily understand the current status of the deployment and the activation individually, enhancing transparency.
