In today's blog post we wanted to take a moment and share a quick update on what we've been working on over in the SAP Business One Support organization. It's been a busy time for us - with lots of exciting changes and initiatives in the works.

Stay tuned and keep reading to discover what we've been up to...

Interactive Webinars

First off, we kicked off a new initiative featuring engaging, interactive sessions led by our Support Engineers for our SAP Business One Partners. In April, we rolled out the session "Maximizing your SAP Business One Support Experience as a Partner." We offered this session in four different languages - English, Chinese, Spanish, and Portuguese - over four different sessions.

We were thrilled with the turnout of about 250 attendees! It's clear that there's a real interest for these types of events. That's why we're excited to announce that registration is now open for our next session, "SAP Business One Version for SAP HANA - Database Administration Best Practices." We'll be conducting this session in English on Tuesday, June 25 at 9AM EST, 2PM GMT, 3PM CET. Some of the topics we'll be covering include:

  • SDC (Single Container System) and MDC (Multi-tenant Database Containers) and the difference between the two approaches.
  • Administration and housekeeping tasks, focusing on best practices for improved performance.
  • Guidance on finding SAP HANA database-related content, helping participants navigate the available resources effectively.

The speaker for our next session will be none other than our HANA Product Area Lead, Sagar Dixit. We encourage an interactive discussion, so feel free to ask Sagar questions during the session.

And that's not all – keep an eye out for future sessions addressing a variety of topics like Fixed Assets, B1i, Service Layer and more. These will all be delivered by topic experts within our Support Organization.

If you missed our first session or would like to revisit it, we've got you covered. You can find the recordings and presentation material in English, Chinese, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Just remember - the presentation material is always in English and exclusive for Partners.
