We see it everyday as consumers in the grocery store, at the gas stations, when paying the bills… those of us who run businesses also see it at work – raw materials are more expensive, storage, transportation and other aspects are affected as well, and therefore prices of sold goods and products are increased. In such times, the ability to adjust is even more important than usual… keeping processes efficient and accurate is critical. If you are working with recurring transactions based on draft documents, and facing price changes - SAP Business One has your back! When the "Prices Update" checkbox is selected, the documents created via the confirmation of the recurring transactions, will include the up to date prices in the respective price list. Note that this option is relevant for documents of item type and does not applicable for service type documents.

Available in SAP Business One and SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA. This tip and all the other tips are available in the SAP Community You can also visit the Implementation Arena for useful implementation tips.
