UDFs in BP Address are Out There

User-Defined Fields (UDFs) are one of the customization and extensibility corner stones. Actually, it is very much likely to assume that every customer has UDFs in their SAP Business One. UDFs are part of documents' header and rows, master data objects, and used as selection criteria in various reports… exactly like any pre-defined field delivered with the solution. To enhance even further this seamless user experience and increase efficiency, UDFs in business partner addresses are visible and their values can be updated if applicable:


BP Address UDFs are now available in Address Component window in marketing documents (as shown above), in Service Call > Business Partner tab, and in Address Formats - Setup window (in addition to Business Partner Master Data > Addresses tab).
