Making Tax Digital (UK) and Tax Service (US) are two functionalities that in SAP Business One Global Support are handled by the Financial Team. The team has recently released two Guided Answers (GA) on these topics, giving you the opportunity to quickly access the knowledge gathered by the team over the past years while supporting the partner community.
We continuously release new GA decision trees to cover more areas and to make it easier for you to resolve issues on your own. There are now 22 released GAs’ specifically for SAP Business One and SAP Business One for HANA. You will find all of them here.

The Decision Trees for MTD and TS
These two GAs are among the most comprehensive we have released. The GA for MTD gives you eleven different options in the initial screen and will then guide you in the right direction towards a possible solution.
For TS there are seven initial menu points. The points that are covered are all from general issues within the application to server settings that might have been missed.

We are listening
We are actively looking for partner feedback regarding the content and its usability. The feedback can be given directly in the application regarding the content of a specific tree (or Guided Answers in general)
